After another (and last) leisurely start to our day, we met our guide in the lobby for a 2-hour tour offered by the hotel.

We walked down the stairs to the lower part of Vieux (Old) Quebec and across to the ferryboat landing. |

In the afternoon, we headed out on another walk. Our first stop was the Basilica Notre Dame du Quebec.

Since my tracker had a hiccup, this is an understatement of where we went during the past two days, all on foot except the ferry crossings. We got most of our packing done before dinner since we would be on our way to the airport early.

| Three of the 20+ Christmas trees on display in the hotel lobby |

| Every set of elevator doors in the lobby had the seal of each province/territory in Canada |
After a fantastic tasting menu dinner in the Champlain Restaurant, we admired some of the things on the ground floor of the hotel that make the Frontenac so elegant (as long as you don't look at how many guests are dressed).
Reluctantly, we headed upstairs to finish packing in preparation for an early morning start home tomorrow.
